consultCRM’s Strategic Account Planning Module for Microsoft CRM v4 is an application that helps sales managers and executives collaborate, plan, and manage goals and strategies for penetrating strategic accounts.

consultCRM’s Strategic Account Planning is used by both sales managers and executives for creating and managing account plans and the associated strategies and execution tactics for these plans. Typically, the planning process is performed 1-2 times per year and is used only for strategic accounts where a company makes the decision to proactively target an account.

 

Event Management

The Event Management Accelerator from consultCRM gives organisations the ability to manage the planning, execution, tracking and reporting requirements for events. This solution is built on top of the Campaigns Management functionality within the Marketing Section of Microsoft CRM v4.

An extra component of the event management accelerator is the web registration portal that consultCRM can deploy to allow web registration for their events and track these registrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

 

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitor

The ConsultCRM SLA Monitor works with the Contract and Contract Line capabilities, but augments this with a Monitoring programme, a Time Credit record and a 3-stage alert functionality.

The function calculates the date & time that the 3 stages need to be responded by; the remaining time left and the percentage of time remaining.  The Monitor continually calculates the amount of time remaining before the Case will breach an SLA agreement.

 

Audit Module

The ConsultCRM Audit Tool is a powerful and effective add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. It does not require IT skills and will track changes with automatically generated reports.
