Automatic synchronisation of data

Microsoft CRM out of the box has some capability for mapping data from one (parent) record to another – ideal when creating a new record from the parent record as it saves a lot of time re-keying information that should naturally flow from one to the other.

However, when you create a record in its own right, and then link it to the parent record – there’s no mapping, nor is there any ongoing synchronisation of data in the fields between the records.

ConsultCRM’s Data Mapper solves this issue.

Now you can create Data Maps from any entity to any other entity where there a relationship exists. So whenever the data is updated on the parent record, the data is automatically synchronised with the child records at the attribute level.
