Work from your Blackberry
Work from your Mobile Browser

As well as the option to work from any location in the world whist connected online, with Microsoft CRM you can also deploy the solution in the Outlook Disconnected Laptop mode as well as the mobile PDA mode. In both these cases you are able to take data offline, make updates and then synchronise your changes next time you connect to the server.

Work from your Laptop remotely
The Outlook Laptop option offers full functionality – as if you were in the office – and the user can choose which data he or she would like to take offline whist disconnected (typically a subset of the main dataset based on that user's territory rights).

Work from your Windows Mobile PDA
The PDA option is more Sales focused with the ability to take offline your Contacts, Accounts, Activities and Sales Opportunities. You will need a PDA device with Windows Mobile 5.0. and can synchronise data over an intranet or the Internet, depending on how your business sets up their corporate network. If the corporate network is configured for the Internet, Microsoft CRM Mobile can synchronize their mobile device wirelessly in any area with General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) coverage.
