
London Publishing House chooses ConsultCRM
Another exciting month of growth as we see more clients harnessing the power of Microsoft CRM in a hosted environment.
Most recently, a London publishing house which provides international comparative legal solutions to general counsel, international lawyers and government agencies has chosen to work with ConsultCRM. Their hosted Microsoft CRM solution will provide their core relationship management and marketing needs.
A number of clients have been sampling the next version of Microsoft CRM to be called Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, and the first availability of the product which will be the Online version in January 2011. Much excitement has been generated by the prospect of user configurable dashboards and even tighter Outlook integration as Microsoft gears up for the launch which is now just weeks away. This has been enhanced by Microsoft’s “impossible to ignore” aggressive pricing for the Online version which, in ConsultCRM’s view, is set to shake the market significantly.
ConsultCRM’s range of product add-ons continue to attract attention and, in particular, more clients have been adopting our email marketing add-on solution, as they seek to track their email interactions integrated directly into Microsoft CRM for deeper marketing insights such as click-through analysis and visibility of who clicked on what and when.
A number of ConsultCRM’s existing clients have also been extending their CRM roll-outs. Most recently a major financial services firm in the commercial finance sector has extended their global Microsoft CRM deployment to include Australia and will shortly move to roll-out in the USA.
