Microsoft announce dashboard, social media and other enhancements

Microsoft this month has announced some great enhancements to the Microsoft CRM 2011 solution including even richer dashboard capabilities, improved social media capabilities, easy to use Dialog functions for intelligent scripting, and even more robust CRM Online capabilities. These will all filter through in the coming months.
