On completion of ConsultCRM training courses, if you are not fully satisfied with our training services, we shall train you again absolutely free of charge.

A half day "hands on" knowledge transfer workshop for Management.
CRM Customisation
A one-day course explaining the various ways of customising the application to meet your business needs.
CRM Application User
A half-day course, explores the crm application from a user's perspective, either Sales, Marketing or Customer Services or a combination of areas.
Administrator / Special Knowledge Training
Training Course for Administrators, covering maintaining the core reference data, user security and screen layout & design.
To reflect company specific business process, documentation and design within our Standard Training Modules.
For organisations operating an internal training resource, this service is designed to transfer the maximum amount of information from our resources to the clients nominated trainer(s) so that they may run the training programme with suitable knowledge.
Other Information & Resources:
- User related training courses can be provided in groups of 1 to 6 delegates
- Administrator related training courses can be provided in groups of 1 to 3 delegates
- Technical related training courses can be provided in groups of 1 to 3 delegates
- Our Train-the-trainer course can be provided in groups of 1 or 2 delegates
- Training can be carried out on-site. We request you provide suitable facilities with use of a projector for our trainer. Networked PCs is an advantage.
