The goal of the Discovery phase is to identify, prioritise and agree all the business outcomes and requirements related to the new Microsoft CRM solution.

This includes functional and technical analysis including data migration and system integration assessment.

No Surprises

Discovery & Analysis enables ConsultCRM to clarify the effort (project days) and investment required to deliver a complete solution. It also removes any "surprises" once an implementation is underway. It should be considered an essential phase in your CRM implementation.

Output Document

Following a number of workshop/interviews on your site, the output is a confidential system specification document including the Requirements and Design (what the system will do); a Statement of Work (how the system will be implemented) and a Project Plan (When it will be delivered).
